Because sometimes a man’s point of view is needed, I introduce to you the podcast: MY MALE BFF.
Artistry
A Stage
Although being a photographer and a physical trainer are both fun and rewarding, nothing lights me up more than working with actors on a production. Last night a friend of mine invited me to her play rehearsal so I can work with the cast members on their character development.
Real Talk. Real Vulnerability. Real Growth. This inspires me and refreshes me.

Being “Done” v. Being “Perfect”
By using apps like Flipboard, Alltop and Pocket, I get to read a variety of interesting and provocative articles. I recently found this Fast Company article addressing the reality that believing in ideas is easy, the hard part is actually putting them into practice.
With companies like Instagram, Facebook, and Rovio leading the charge, the mantra “done is better than perfect” can clearly be seen. This reminds us it is better to ship a product/service than stay stuck in the halls of perfection without ever going to market.

Morning Artist – What Is Art
Morning Artist. “Art is what we call…the thing an artist does. It’s not the medium or the oil or the price or whether it hangs on a wall or you eat it. What matters, what makes it art, is that the person who made it overcame the resistance, ignored the voice of doubt and made something worth making. Something risky. Something human. Art is not in the …eye of the beholder. It’s in the soul of the artist.” ― Seth Godin #KeepBeingAnArtisan
