Morning Leaders. If you are not a highly driven person, that is perfectly fine. But don’t transfer your hang ups and fears on to those of us who are. Your narrative and fears have no place in our Story.
Stop trying to convince us we can’t do things. We can. We will. And we would love it if you celebrated us instead of becoming an obstacle. It’s not your job to write our Story. Lovingly and humbly yours.
