Morning Leaders – Outsider’s Truth
Morning Leaders. Sometimes it is easier for someone on the outside to tell us Truth than for Family to do it. There are no strings attached to the outsider which makes it easy for hard truth to be both delivered and embraced. #Selah
Morning Leaders – The Hard Work Effect
Morning Leaders. “Hard work is about risk. It begins when you deal with the things that you’d rather not deal with: fear of failure, fear of standing out, fear of rejection. Hard work is about training yourself to leap over this barrier, tunnel under that barrier, drive through the other barrier. And after you’ve done that, to do it again the next day” – Seth Godin // #Preach
Morning Leaders – Practice The Presence
Morning Leaders. External peace is beautiful but inner peace is even more beautiful. Practice the presence of Peace. It requires shutting down and shutting out distractions. It also requires a willingness to be in communion (not perfection) with the not so pretty things on the inside we would rather avoid. The continual running away from those things is a huge factor in our lack of peace. Today what would it look like if you slowed down, removed distractions, and practiced peace for and with yourself?

Morning Leaders. Living our lives provides the greatest inspiration to others. Continue to plan, persevere, and progress. Others need to see your example so they can have Hope in themselves. #RoleModel #Inspiration #Hope

Morning Leaders – Hard Choices
Morning Leaders. Hard choices reveal who we are as leaders. Not everyone will love our choices. Hopefully we place the team’s goal ahead of our personal agenda or taste. No one likes following a leader who is self-seeking. The feeling of being disregarded and shafted is never a good one for the team.
Morning Leaders – Power of Self-Faith
Morning Leaders. “We all have great inner power. The power is self-faith. There’s really an attitude to winning. You have to see yourself winning before you win. And you have to be hungry. You have to want to conquer.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger
