This article from Phil Cooke really had me thinking. I even started clocking myself to see how much time I was doing “deep work”. When I return from vacation I will get back to this endeavor.

Morning Leaders – Lying To self
Morning Leaders. When leaders don’t take responsibility for their foolish choices it destroys the moral of the group. Please just acknowledge you were dumb. Everyone else already knows it.
